There is nothing more frustrating than sending off that perfect campaign and having it end up in a recipient's spam folder. Behind the scenes, we go to great lengths to ensure that your e-mails get delivered.


All of our delivery servers have been whitelisted' by many of the larger ISPs, including AOL and Yahoo! Our servers are also integrated into the spam reporting systems for other large ISPs, such as Hotmail and MSN. This means that we are a trusted source for e-mail origination and can assure you a successful campaign delivery. Whitelisting also allows us keep any sender not following best practice guidelines off of our servers, keeping you protected.

We monitor hundreds of the most common blacklists each and every day. If a server is ever blacklisted, we remove it from our delivery cluster immediately to resolve the issue on behalf of our customers.

Every e-mail sent will contain a single-click unsubscribe link allowing any subscribers to remove themselves quickly and easily. We do not rely on third party assistance to keep subscriber lists in order. Campaign Fusion by default handles unsubscribes and bounces internally and does not require others to be involved in the process.
