With easy-to-use tools, our system allows you to quickly add content, select campaign recipients and schedule delivery times. You can choose to manage your own campaigns online or have one of our staff members do it for you. It's that easy.

Our live editor allows you to see your campaign take shape as you compose it. Add your own text and images to your template and even change the order of any items that appear. The moment your content is added, a draft is saved automatically so you can come back and finish it at a later time, if needed.

We offer a variety of templates in many different styles and layouts. Examples include media releases, e-newsletters, special offers and more. Once selected, our templates are easy to edit as often as needed. If you don't find a template you like, we can create a custom one for you.

You choose what e-mail address and sender name your campaign comes from, as well as the e-mail address replies should be forwarded to. Use your own e-mail address or a generic “info” e-mail address. We also make it easy to select the desired recipients from your contact database for each campaign you send.. We encourage all of our clients to store a variety of recipient lists, so that each mail-out can be targeted to the most appropriate audience. Lists are automatically updated after each use, because bounces and unsubscribes are deleted automatically.

Send a test version of your campaign to yourself or others to preview and approve before sending out. You can send campaigns out immediately or schedule the delivery for a specific time. This allows you the option of composing your campaigns in advance and scheduling delivery for tomorrow, next month or any time in between.
